You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account billing page. The billing page opens Stripe Customer Portal, where you can manage your subscription, invoices, and payment method.
If you cancel, your subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges. Please review our Refund Policy or contact support@amiugly.org if you believe a charge was made in error.
Credits already delivered to your account remain subject to the credit rules shown in the product, billing settings, or plan description. Used credits are generally not refundable after a report is delivered.
