• Credit and billing metadata, such as credit balance, credit transactions, plan type, subscription status, payment records, Stripe customer ID, invoice ID, payment ID, and checkout session status.
• Support messages, including your name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
• Usage, device, and log data, such as browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and service reliability.

We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.

Photo Handling

Photos you upload or capture are processed to generate the analysis you request. In the current analysis flow, photos are not published as public content. Photos may be sent to our AI provider to generate the report.

We may temporarily process image data, logs, or derived report data to provide the service, debug failures, prevent abuse, and support billing or credit disputes. If we add saved report history, persistent image storage, or public sharing features in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls.

You may request deletion of account or report-related data by contacting support@amiugly.org. We may retain limited records when needed for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, payment dispute, or accounting purposes.

Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may receive billing details, payment method information, device data, and transaction metadata according to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe, such as customer ID, subscription status, checkout session status, payment intent ID, invoice ID, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, including:

• AI providers that process photos and generate reports.
• Payment processors such as Stripe.
• Database, hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers.
• Email and notification providers used for account or support messages.

We do not sell user photos or payment data.
