am i ugly sells digital AI analysis services, subscriptions, and credits.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@amiugly.org within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Please also review our Cancellation Policy.
Unused purchased credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate AI reports are generally not refundable because the digital service has been delivered.
If credits were consumed but the report was not delivered because of a system error, contact support@amiugly.org. We may restore the credits or provide a refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may decline refund requests that involve policy violations, prohibited content, abuse, fraud, repeated use of delivered digital reports, or requests made outside the stated review window.
