am i ugly provides AI-generated photo and appearance improvement guidance. You can upload a photo or use your device camera to generate a free preview, then unlock a paid personalized report with practical suggestions for photo quality, grooming, skincare, hairstyle, accessories, and retake setup.
Our service is a digital self-improvement and photo feedback product. It is not a dating, matchmaking, adult content, medical, psychological, legal, or employment service.
You may need an account to unlock paid reports, manage credits, manage subscriptions, or access billing settings. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for any photo or content you submit. You may upload only your own adult portrait or a photo you are authorized to use.

AI reports are generated for photo and appearance improvement reference only. Scores and labels are not objective judgments of beauty, personal worth, health, identity, or future outcomes.
Reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. You should use your own judgment before following any suggestion. The service does not provide medical, dermatology, mental health, legal, financial, employment, dating, or matchmaking advice.
Paid plans and credits are digital services. A full AI appearance report currently costs 20 credits. New accounts start at 0 credits. Credits may be included with a subscription or purchased if credit packages are available.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year depending on the plan you choose at checkout. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page before purchase.
Credits are used to unlock AI reports and related digital features. Credit balances, expiration rules, and included monthly allowances may change by plan and will be shown in the product or billing settings when applicable.
Subscriptions and purchased credits are usually delivered automatically after Stripe confirms a successful payment. AI reports are usually generated shortly after you unlock them.
If credits were consumed but a report was not delivered because of a system error, contact us at support@amiugly.org. We may restore credits or provide another remedy at our discretion.
You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription from your account billing page, which opens Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel, your subscription benefits generally remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout.
We do not charge cancellation fees. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.
Because am i ugly sells digital AI analysis services, delivered reports and used credits are generally not refundable after the digital service has been delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, or if a report failed because of a system issue, contact support@amiugly.org within 7 days of the charge.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. Your card statement will show "AMIUGLY" or a similar Stripe-approved descriptor configured for the business.
Stripe may process payment and billing information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
We may update the service, prices, credits, features, or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
